Giving Brian Parada and his expertly skilled team 10 stars out of 5!! Came in out of the blue needing unexpected alternator work and Holy Cow, they had me back on the road by mid-morning!! Have trusted these gentlemen for literal DECADES and they are absolutely THE BEST in the business. 10/10 Excellent experience with the team at AutoTek. We live out of town and when our starter died in Raleigh, I had to rely on on-the-fly internet research to find a reputable shop. I was very happy with the service from start to finish and would not hesitate to use them again if I live in the area.

Auto Tek is the best! I have been coming here for years. My family has known Brian for decades. I come here for everything from quick oil changes to major repairs. Before any major repair, Brian or Vince call to go over everything and get approval. I can normally make an appointment for same day or within the week.
